Just found out that for some reason, I can now overwrite existing save files but still can't create a new entry. O_oįortunately, my backed up saves load just fine but it still refuses to overwrite or create a new save entry. But before I did the update, it loaded that same file with the correct game progress. For some weird reason, that single save file I left loads an even older game progress as if it's just been a few days since I started the game chapter. I updated to the latest RPCS3 version by simply replacing the contents in my RPCS3 Folder with the latest ones (having backed up ver. The things I tried to do to troubleshoot it are:ĭelete 4 of the 5 save files (after backing it all up) and tried loading the only one entry I left but this didn't fix it. Checking the save screen, I don't see any new entry. When I try to save over an existing file, it normally exits back to the game but it no longer displays the Hammerhood saving icon on the lower right of the screen.Ĭhoosing the "Create New - Select to create" does the same thing as above. I only found out about the issue the next day when I loaded the game and ended up looking at a less developed version of my base (I no longer paid attention to the "Days Elapsed" indicator so I had no idea it wasn't saving my progress anymore). More than an hour exploring, travelling back and forth to my base to save regularly (overwriting previous saves so I didn't know when exactly the issue started) - all of that wasted but it's still kinda okay for me since this emulator is a WIP.
